My two top download designs, when searching for new designs, are not displayed, they appear every other day, or both disappear, or they alternate between them, is this a bug? Or is it controlled internally? I noticed that the same problem happens for other top designs from other people, is it a synchronization problem with old servers?
I had this happen to me in the past. Didn’t do anything back then and it sorted it self out after a week or two.
Haven’t had any issues like this since (or at least haven’t noticed them). But right now I also have at least one “high profile” livery missing.
Small sidenote, the uncollected cars and credits in the auction house also got mostly cleaned out. (There is a rule for that but it rarely gets enforced.)
In my case, it’s a bug that’s been happening for three weeks. The downside is that users are losing their design downloads. There must be a reason behind it, besides me. The same example I mentioned here is happening to other gamers. I would like an explanation of the Turn item, the reason for this problem and why.
I recommend you never overwrite a design, as this will cause you to lose all download progress, and publishing a new design will send it to the end of the queue.
This happened to me too, I noticed. I had the #2 slot on the f450 and I noticed my design counts looked WAY off, and realized it wasn’t there at all. I’m glad it wasn’t deleted or something and that it’s a larger issue.
Just as a small update, the livery returned with the update today. Again I didn’t do anything (like trying to unsahre and publish it again) and it resolved itself. Seems to happen from time to time.
Hi… The same thing happened to me too. My design disappeared from my creative center two weeks ago. I had gotten a lot of downloads in a short amount of time, but what happened to me is a huge disappointment. To clarify, it’s a new design; I didn’t overwrite it. I also have fewer than 150 shared designs, since the limit is 250. I hope the developers fix this quickly.
