A lot of other players out there are playing a game with an enormous amount of bugs.
I appreciate the fact that making a game of this scope will introduce (some) bugs, and I understand that you need time to fix them. I also know and trust that you are ‘on it’ when you say you are.
However, while you are fixing the bugs it would be nice to have a little more information, or at least some reassurance from you.

I would really like to know:

  • Are all the VIP bonuses we are missing going to be given to us retroactively?
  • Are we getting Seasonal Festival Points for the Arcade section? It is completely impossible to do this now and it will be for some time as I am pretty sure people stopped bothering to try.
  • Can we expect working servers in the near future and do we get a refund, regardless of time played if your servers keep failing on us? Let’s be honest, currently the online part of the game is not working as advertised.

I know we are just a week in and you are “working on it” but we are also a week in and no one has said anything but “we are working on it”.

For anyone on Gamepass can we request a refund for the Add Ons pack considering many of the faults are with that?

It’s not like this is the 5th game from the same developer! By now the network and game should be polished to perfection!!

I feel sick. Game crashed loading one of the official Super7s and when I went back I have lost most of today’s progress. How does this game not save correctly to the cloud as you do things? How can an always live console game with no safe quit option lose hours of game play due to a crash? How can it lose track of multiple series races? How doesn’t it save after every race? Hours of racing and I’ve lost all the perk points. I’ve lost seasonal progress. I didn’t lose any Arcade progress because the three I tried today had no one in them. I’ve lost my levels. My spins. Omg. I’ve lost millions of dollars of cars. I completed the Ford collection today and it’s 41/58 now. So I imagine any other cars I bought or won today are gone as well. Absolutely gut churning this. I think I’ll just give this game a miss until it’s fixed. I can’t lose that much progress and feel confident to continue at this build state.

I even lost Kudos… How is that possible?

I hope they’ll be able to fix the servers. We heard the ‘we’re working on it’ for at least two years in FH4

I have been quite critical on here of the state of the servers so I am not an apologist for PGG. I would, however, say that last weekend their server hotfix did improve things considerably for most…until Tuesday when the game opened up for everyone else and then it degraded again. Hopefully another fix will occur before the end of the weekend.
