For a start, they could give us the forza aero bumber WITHOUT the red hook outside all the time. That shouldnt be so hard and then ppl could decide whether they want the bumper with or the one without the hook.

Also, regarding the aero bumper on classic cars: for many classics there is a non aero bumper that removes chrome or plastic parts from the front, but the aero bumper ALWAYS has those chrome/plastic parts on. I wish the aero bumper came without chrome/plastic. It would make much more sense that way: Unnecessary parts get stripped from a racecar and it also look way more aggressive. AND it wouldn’t be that hard to create as its basically just a combination of 2 existing bumpers.

But I also agree that at least 1 alternate aero spoiler would be nice

Good suggestions above.

My wishlist items (for now) are:

  1. Club Logo Clothing (hats, t-shirts & leather or denim Jackets, etc.)

  2. Club Logos for cars -currently, any logo must be shared with ALL FH4 Players; would be nice to lock it only to club members.

  3. decals on windows

  4. Factory wheels on other models within the same manufacturer -originally suggested by Fast Lane Gaming, would likely require additional licensing from the car companies, but would be cool {ex: Corvette wheels on a Camaro}

  5. Clear/Transparent Hoods (show car niche)

  6. Varying Exhaust Notes… let me explain :slight_smile: Leave the stock exhaust as is, increase the decibels slightly with each upgrade (the race exhaust would be the loudest… possibly add more backfire/flameout… for the small number of diesels, possible some soot -roll coal)

  7. Interior color change -especially on convertibles/topless vehicles

My others are being worked on:

  1. Paintable Calipers -beyond the car(s) that have it mixed into the paint scheme

  2. Removable top -McLaren Spider for now fingers crossed for others

I think and im sure a lot of other do think we should have new Front bumpers, Rear wings, Rear bumpers, Side skirts, and hood mods not just the Forza Edition ones. The Forza horizon splitter and spoilers have been in the game a long time and only a few cars have other upgrades from actual companies but there usually the full bumper so i was thinking of adding some new splitters, side skirts, spoilers, and also hoods from actual companies because not everyone likes the forza splitter and spoiler, and for these upgrades they should be for almost every car possible

Some cars do have the body kits and individual selections and am sure more will. Trouble is that it is a fair bit of modelling is required per vehicle. It seems that they have it on what they felt would be most popular.

Recommend if is a good one to share it with a suggestion. The forza stuff can fit universally is uhe difference.

Since on allot of cars the Forza Spoiler’s are necessary for a good build, maybe and option to “hide them” because they make good cars look ugly

Ok, since RK made this into an actual wishlist (sticky maybe?), I have a few customization items that I would like to see. Some of these are already in the “features” wishlist, but they really belong here…

FIRST…the convertible top issue. Many people have been asking for the ability to open and close the top via a function button while driving (similar to TDU2). While that would be nice, i doubt it will happen in FH4 (FH5 maybe?). Instead of bothering with that, why not just use a feature in the upgrade garage that FH4 already has? There are three cars that have removable roofs/shells via the “wing” tab…the Holden Sandman van (ute), the Ford Bronco, and the International Scout. All three of these can be made “convertible” simply by picking the option in the aero category. Why can’t we have the same thing with all of the other convertibles/roadsters/spiders/targas, etc? Just have a selection for top up or down, or to remove t-tops, or open sunroofs. That way those of us who enjoy open air driving can have the ability to decide to have the top open or not, but doesn’t require the complication of adding in open/close animation while in game. You could also add an option for including roof racks, like we see with many of the “traffic” cars in FH4. Just add a “roof” tab to the aero category in the upgrade garage, and this is what I’d love to see…

  1. top up or down options on all convertibles/roadsters/spiders/targas
  2. t-tops on or off
  3. sunroofs open or closed
  4. truck tray/bed covers on or off
  5. roof racks on or off (storage, bike racks, ski racks, equipment racks, spare tyres, old mattresses, etc.)

NEXT ~ WHEELS…Forza has some great wheel options, but it could do so much better, especially when we’ve had basically the same wheels for the last several games. I think it’s time to add some new ones. We also need more DEEP LIP wheels, close to zero offset, or even negative offsets…

Aussies musclecar wheels…these look great on any musclecar

Bathurst Globes…(stock wheels for the XA Falcon in FH3 and FH4, but they aren’t deep enough)

Sunraysia…(used on Mad Max XB Falcon Interceptor, XA and XB pursuit vehicles, and Night Rider Monaro)

Hotwires…(stock wheels on some Holden Toranas)

Jellybeans (also known as 5 slot mags. Multiple manufacturers…stock wheels for Jeep CJ5 and Chrysler Valiant Charger in FH3 and FH4. Needs more negative offset though, ie. deeper lip)

Simmons B45…popular aftermarket wheels for Holdens

I would also like to see a decent selection of “old school” musclecar rims from the 70’s-80’s, like original Centerlines (3 piece, Champ 500’s), Enkei (EK2, Epsioln mesh), American Racing (Vectors, AR23, Outlaw 1 & 2), original Torque Thrust D, older Halibrand designs

Then, we could use a better assortment of “old school” JDM wheels, like SSR, Techno Racing, RS Watanabe, TRD, Work, Hayashi, etc.

NEXT ~ better wings for Ford XA and XB Falcon, and Holden Monaro. Both the Falcon and the Monaro had “ducktail” type fibreglass wings available. I’m not sure if they were OEM or aftermarket, but they look WAY better than those bolt-on plastic wings that are the default for the aero kit. Just do a google search for “HQ HZ Monaro rear wing” and “XC Falcon Cobra” for examples.

NEXT ~ I know that we are now in the UK instead of Australia, but why can we not have a proper Mad Max body kit for the XB Falcon? I mean, PG/T10 made a point to add the Scott injector hat for the blower on ONLY the XB Falcon, which was an obvious nod to the Mad max Interceptor, so why not just let us have the rest of the kit? I don’t even think anyone owns the rights to the design, so licensing shouldn’t be a problem. You could put it under the “wide body kit” tab.

NEXT ~ Wider tyre options for the Holden Sandman. The current max tyre width is 215mm. Yep, that’s all. You can get a wider tyre on the '94 Civic :confused: I know there might be some space limits since the Sandman has leaf springs modeled in, but you should be able to at least get up to 265’s or so. I mean, the brake calipers aren’t even inside the rim like they should be. The Sandman (in ute configuration) is literally my favourite vehicle in FH4, but I don’t drive it often, and rarely race it because the traction is horrendous from the tyres being so skinny. A V8 powered car deserves some better tyres on it.

NEXT ~ Paintable trim. I know it’s not an issue on newer cars that don’t have chrome, but I would love to have the ability to change the chrome trim and bumpers on the older cars to black or even body color.

NEXT ~ Since character/driver customization is now a thing, I have a few thoughts on that as well. Keep in mind, my list is mainly for a female character, but some of it can be applied to male characters.

  1. Hair colors ~ as long as we are going to be able to change clothing, why not have a limited selection of hair colors to choose from?

  2. Hair styles ~ right now you get whatever style goes with the specific character, but it would be nice to have a bit more of a variety, including some longer styles.

  3. More accessory options ~ ok, so we get a watch or bracelet on one arm, and our Horizon wristband on the other. How about adding rings, necklaces, and earrings to the list?

  4. Better clothing choices that are gender specific. One complaint that i saw over and over when the game first started was all of the guys whinging about getting “stupid” girls clothing in wheelspins. I have a couple if ideas here…first, create a Horizon clothing store and let us BUY the items we want, instead of getting stuck with stuff we will never wear in wheelspins. That way we can buy what we like and ignore the rest. Guys can buy guys clothing and girls can buy girls clothing. You can still have “special” unisex items like full outfits as race rewards… I would like to see a few new clothing items…crop tops, halters, more feminine tank tops, heels (no not stilettos, you can’t drive in those), sandals, boots that aren’t combat/doc marten style, capris, and above all, MORE COLORS. Like with the roll-up shorts, we get those in literally three colors…pale pink, light tan, and red (that isn’t actually red). Where is the white, or black, or blue, or denim, or even something crazy like hot pink? Maybe have a basic clothing item and then a texture/color selector.

  5. Car company branded clothing ~ do you know how cool it would be to have a leather jacket with “Ferrari” or the Holden racing Team logo on the back? How about a hat with the Subaru logo? T-shirts with out favourite car company logos on them? Just an idea. I know these would require licensing, but since you guys already have their cars, this should work too.

There are many cars in the game right now which have a separate car for Hoonigan, it’s the same car but it’s labeled as Hoonigan/Hoonicorn. We already have Upgrade Heroes option, on which we can convert our cars to RWB, or Rocket Bunny. It would be a great idea if the Hoonigan upgrades were built in like this. This will solve many problems like :

  • Reduced car numbers
  • Car slots will increase
  • Sorting out cars will be a lot easier.
    and most importantly
  • Happy gamers

I should’ve put “Reduced Paid Content” in that list, but I believe this is a business policy or might be T10/PG’s contract/sponsorship with Hoonigan which makes them post these cars in a separate slot. If that’s the case, then you can make the Hoonigan Kit Conversion as a paid DLC within the car(s). Not many of us likes Hoonigan cars tbh.

I’m not sure where to post this, but some cars drastically need spacers and it isn’t an option. I’m particularly reffering to the c7 z06. Right now the car has a very sunk in and unattractive appearance. Is there anyway to add this option to this car so it can have the same stance as the Horizon Edition version in FH3?

I’d love to see track width added to more cars as well. I recently played with a B5 RS4 avant. The spacers were not an option for the car. While the car didn’t ‘need’ them, I think any VW/Audi should have the option since they’re so popular in the ‘stance scene’. It would have been fun to build the car with a bit of poke and camber for some photos.

I wish Horizon would start looking at car culture more heavily and add in more customization to reflect it. Right now it feels like all customization is performance based (aside from some rally options). We need more customization for purely visual aspects of the game to reflect current car culture in my opinion.

That would be really nice to get more real car culture options but would be also nice to get more options performance parts, it’s so boring to add same wing every car and some cars it’s really dont fit at all. Like mclaren senna it’s have really cool looking wing but if want to adjustable aero need to install that forza wing. And i build 2003 audi rs6 few days ago and i spent over hour trying to get that car feel good without rear wing but it allways oversteer way too mutch so i finally give up and install rear wing and right way that was mutch better to drive but also it’s now mutch uglier than before. And like somebody say earlier would be nice to get front aero with option to choose hook or not hook.

I’d like some more Manufacture spec body mods that work across most cars from that Manufacture. For example Putting the Viper ACR wing on a Charger, or the M4 GTS wing on other BMW M model cars.

I’d also like to see the Off-Road widebody kits and Off-Road Tire compound on Passenger cars. I’d love to build a Battle Subaru with the Off-Road Widebody kit and some Chunky Off-Road tires.

Please let us change the yellow centercap on the BBS mesh wheels added recently
I absolutely love these wheels but the yellow center cap ruins them for me. why are we not able to change the color? please fix this!

Most cars have track width options good for extreme front negative camber and nothing else. Please, give us some tasteful options. 98% of the cars with “track width tuning” are too wide in the front, too narrow in the rear, or both. Most of my drift builds are only -2 to -3 camber in the front anyway.

Small Note: Most people think you guys don’t listen to your community and if you guys at playground games could take some time to read this I’d be happy as the rest of the community would. I’m not one of those people that think you guys don’t listen to the community, you guys are busy with updates and car pass cars, if the Forza community was the developers and the devs were the community the game would be pretty small but we’d have way more then enough people to listen to what the community has to say. You guys are busy people, I understand that you can’t always be reading through every single thing the community says because you work for a living and we just play your game.

I hope you like this suggestion for FH4, and please take in consideration this is Community requested so you could say I’m not the only one asking for this

Will we ever be allowed to change the color of our break calipers and put stickers on windows? From a players perspective it seems easy, just make the windows act as the body of the car while in Apply Vinyls and decals instead of them acting like an invisible object. I and most of the community like putting sponsors on their car depending on what car look their going for, and to get some ideas on stuff to add you gotta think like a player, what would a player want and grab some of the developer and staffs ideas too. Lots of people I know would love to see the window stickers as it adds some cool designs for cars. Think about this… If Hoonigan wasn’t in the game and all we had was the 65’ Mustang then they’d make a look alike and go to add the window stickers but you cant, I think if it’s added it’d be a much used feature. And with the calipers I’ve heard a few group of people say they want it but if it was added I’m sure it’d be a used feature, and to be fair, I think that should’ve came out with the new wheels and subsection paint option update, I thought it was and so I was happy, but it didn’t stop me from playing when I saw it wasn’t added. I think most people were also thinking changing color of calipers would be added but only like a 14% chance of it happening.

More customizations

I am not the only one who wants more customizations cuz you can only custom a Spoiler and a front-splitter and thats pretty sad for such a good game so that you can change the mirrors, the bunnet the exhaust the diffuser and more Stuff

I really enjoy making my cars look like classic fancy cars, but there’s a bit of an issue I have in doing so, and that lies with using the metal flake paint. Simply put, it does not look like metal flake paint. Especially when compared to a photo of actual metal flake paint.

Here’s a comparison:

You can clearly see that Forza’s metal flake paint is missing a lot of the sparkle that’s in actual metal flake paint. That being said, my suggestion is to add a slider that can control the amount of visible sparkle whether someone may want something similar to the current paint or full on metal flake paint.

I know it’s been said time and again but I’d love to have more body kit options, especially from Mansory and company.
Also would like to upgrade headlights and tail lights, I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but would be nice to have the option.
