Custom Paints not showing up in Multiplayer. Any suggestions?

Like the subject says. Last week I was able to see everyone’s custom paints, but now I can’t. I have tried restarting the xbox, and even hard wiring my connection to the router.

Okay I can see my own, but no one else’s loads
