Is anyone else having this issue with the credit sound continually clicking like when you win it keeps going? It keeps doing it to me and I have to restart the game to make it stop.

Yes, it was a new feature added to the recent patch 
It’s not the credit sound, it’s the championship points sound, you need to make sure the slider on the championship points page finishes doing it’s thing before you press A to continue.

+1 - totally annoying!
you can either click through the animations so the sound continues, or you can wait until the counter does it’s thing before going to the next screen. In any case, you don’t need to reboot the game, just backing out into the main menu stops it, or at least that worked when it happened to me. Now I just don’t click next until credits and XP have finished being added to my totals.

It will go away if you let it run through the end of the next race when championship points tally again and don’t press A too quickly.
Yesterday I have encountered a bug the lets the „Ding Ding“ noise of credits and XP loop forever.
It even continues while racing !
No way to get rid of it, except quitting the game to the dashboard of the console.
If I would get the credits and XP for the duration of the noise however, I would be more than happy.
This happened to me last night too. I thought it was addressed and fixed, but apparently not.
I have experienced the same bug like 2 o 3 times, at the end of a race in the Forza cup mode, but it stops as soon as you go to that menu.
Don’t try to skip (press A) when the XP counter is running, have a few seconds more patience and it will not happen again.
Well this got introduced after the latest patch so i don’t see how they could have fixed it. They did acknowledge its existence though, so lets hope it or anything gets fixed for that matter in the next update.
Happened to me today. Had to exit my race and go back to main menu to get rid of it.
This happens to me too. It’s really annoying. It persists even if I exit all the way to the main menu. This needs to be fixed asap as I am getting tired of having to reboot the game every couple races.
Yup had this several times. Very annoying.
I’m not exactly sure which sound effect was playing, but it comes up for a couple of seconds in the first screen after finishing a race, and sounds like the credits are being counted.
It switched on, but didn’t switch off, then continued to play for all of the next race. When the race was over, the screen that started the noise, switched it back off again (probably because it would have played the noise and switched it off anyway), but it was annoying while it was on.
Is there any bug reporting on this forum?
