Could I get banned for recreating a copyrighted image/Company logo with the in game painting tools?
I wouldn’t think so. There’s literally thousands of them in past Forza games. Just do a quick search for any number of logos in FM4. You’ll get banned if it’s someone else’s work and you try to sell it for credits though.

Thanks, I had searched on the net but couldn’t really find a definitive answer. The reason I ask is because on FH2 you have the section of logos that once used, prevent you from sharing your livery, so was just wondering if recreating them or any other logo yourself would be frowned upon…
Nope. The logos don’t go anywhere except the game. If you were to attempt to sell the finished product outside the game, you probably would get a cease and desist order from the company for copyright violations. It isn’t going anywhere except within the confines of your Xbox, though, so you’re okay.

Thanks guys, I just wanted to make sure, the reason I asked is because there are some logos and stuff on FH2 that once used, prevent you from sharing your liverys, so wondered if recreating those or any others could be frowned upon…

Only if you found a way to make real-world money off it.
