Bug: Horizon Arcade only visible and triggering for convoy leader

System: PC & Xbox

A Horizon Arcade is only visible for the leader of a convoy and when it starts the other players in the convoy don’t get a notification that it did and don’t take part.

(starts at ~1:14:48 - watch on Youtube and also read the chat for player reactions)

You’ll see that the other convoy members disappeared for a short time and spawned back in ghosted. Never saw this happening before. Maybe related to the cause of the problem?

I don’t know. I normally don’t do convoys.

Maybe @Stevio2175 can say more about it.
