Anyone know or has anyone got a content update yet
Updates tend to go “live” at around 1700/1800 UTC ,or when the US peeps get into the office.
As for the Regalia, that could take a little longer as the system would need to churn through all the profiles that own FH3 and or FF15 and do its business.

I doubt there will be another car pack. Playground is now hard at work for Horizon 4. Typically every Forza game gets what is in the car pass plus one or two extra packs. The Horizon 12 month cycle is completed, now the Forza 7 DLC cycle starts.
Is the Regalia released?
New patch released.
4 cars added.
The well known Regalia and Porsche 911 GT3 RSR and two more Porsche (928 and 914).
This means that it will not be a new car pack this month.
Who said we’re getting the 928 and 914?
I’m downloading some 1.73 GB of update right now, which I presume is what everyone else was talking about.
I assume the aforementioned new cars can be seen in Horizon Promo, and are occasionally driven by the Drivatars cruising Australia or racing against you, once the patch is installed.
Take it you are on pc then with that size off a update
I saw no new cars in the promo
You have to install the patch before then you should see the new cars

Installed the patch and see the new cars. Still haven’t received the Regalia and none of the Forzathon events show up in the achievements list. This leaves me to believe that there may be another content update later this week that includes the Forzathon events and possibly a car pack for next Tuesday. Just thinking positive here 
Installed the update its strange that the forzathons haven’t been added with that my update was 794mb only
I’m downloading for Xbox One what seems to be an update that is 794.85 MB, which goes beyond the allotment for most car packs. I’m sure the update includes some cool visual improvements culled from lessons learned in upcoming FM7 and unlock cars for Forzathon and the new Regalia. Most likely this will be the last update we’ll see for this game, but I could be wrong as FM7 is a whole 2 months away still.
No forzathons was added with this update unfortunately
Content Updates (assets) and Service Configurations (achievements) are different things… just so you know

Does anyone know if the update includes a change to the wheelspin HE cars? Some of them are unsellable at this point.
It’s highly unlikely there will be any further changes to what HE cars are in the Wheelspins, seeing as they haven’t changed in 6 months.
