I have a constant issue with Forza 7 Multiplayer in that it will state “You have been disconnected from the session” shortly after the beginning of each race. At the very beginning of the race, I can drive my car for a few seconds and my competitors’ cars also move. However, after a few seconds, all of my competitors cars no longer move even though I can still drive fine. Then, I will be kicked out of the race and the game will display “You have been disconnected from the session” back at the main multiplayer screen where you choose a hopper. Additionally, when I try to join hoppers, sometimes it will say “Failed to acquire server data.” I sometimes play XBOX in other locations and everything works properly other places, but at my main home setup, I constantly have these issues that make Forza 7 multiplayer impossible to play. However, multiplayer still works perfectly fine in other games such as Forza 6 and Call of Duty: WWII. My internet provider is Gigamonster with an Actiontec router/gateway and the issues persist whether I am using a wired or wireless connection. I truly enjoy this game, but without multiplayer, it has no competitive aspect whatsoever. Please assist.
I have this very same problem consistently as well. I would love to know how to remain in a lobby for more than one race. It seems to always allow the first race to go without issue. Once completed, there appears the disconnect issue. It is really frustrating, especially if you and another hammer have a heated and close race, and want a second chance at each other.
What gives? My NAT is wide open and I have extremely strong WiFi signal along with 60mbps internet connection. As the OP stated, wired connection makes no difference…
I also have these issues, as well as sitting in a lobby waiting for a race to end, 1,2 or 3 laps, but when the next race starts it starts without me, even though I’ve been waiting for 5 minutes. My NAT is open, I’m hard wired so there’s no interruption. Love the game but if this isn’t fixed it will be the last.
I just got booted in the last turn of a 15 lapper. Forza or more likely Microsoft…your game sucks. How can you have such bad connection connections? Seriously. I want a refund.
Same Keep getting disconnected, Hard wired and i’ve not have troubles with any other Xbox One title other then FH3, very frustrating.
