Club66 Brings its next series to Forza
After a succesful two seasons of Mini Mondays our new Monday evening event is for the Porsche 911.
In keeping with our Pre66 theme we have tried to replicate the popular 2.0L Cup run bh Peter Auto and Sports Purpose in Europe.
We have taken the 73 Carrera RS and tried using the lobby handicap on Grip and power to get these cars running similar times and performance to a very early 911.
Our event will run at 21:00 GMT Monday evenings.

14 So far signed up for the races.
Round 1 is Monday at 21:00 GMT.
Early pace setter is Picins in unofficial practice with Retro chasing his tail.
If anyone needs pointers on tuning ill get something up on the discord as front end wash out is tricky in these cars

Race 1 was great fun, some superb battles clean racing and lots of fun.
Piccins had a lights to flag victory but the rest of us had great battles.
I threw away a good result with a late spin

2 races down, but 2 to go.
Catalunya this evening and looking forward to more close battles.
Spa was decided in the sprint to the line after what I counted at 16 overtakes till the replay stopped between our top 2 drivers.
The battle for third was a 3 way tussle meanwhile the next 3 formed another race long scrap.
Battles where had right down the order with everyone having a race with someone.
Cataluyna should be morenof the same and we have gaps still on the grid for anyone who wishes to join.

Thats a wrap on the Porsches
Club 66 Ace Piccins leading a lights to flag victory, after 6 cars all fought for 2nd place till the various pit strategies played out.
Once the pits had played out LOLSLOW and Macatax had broked from the pack.
Snifflygrunt charged through the field including a fantastic double obertake at the ford chicane on battling brothers Retro and Touge.
Before fughting with fellow Polish driver Yachu for forth. Retro caught the two Polish drivers to make it a 3 car battle for 4th, sniffly taking it ahead of Yachu and then host retro 6th.
Further down the field Thatcargeek and Vintage enjoyed a close battle with some bunps along the way.
Sticksy, Mrquint and Touge also found close racing.
Unfortuantly lap 1, 2 wide into too indianapolis in a close pack led to 1 or 2 drivers having an early off.
All round a great final round. Iām going to try capture some footage to share from all the rounds.
Feel free to join our next event club 66 clubmans which will be shorter spint races with a wide range of cars, the 911 will be fielded against MG B, Mini, Cortina, Alfa GTA and more.
