Choose between automatic and manual hybrid in LMP1/LMH/LMdH

So this feature is completely optional, but it would be a rather nice feature to have. In iRacing*, there is a feature that allows you to choose between automatic and manual hybrid use. I’d like to see the same implementation in the next Forza Motorsport, where you can choose between automatic and manual hybrid usage.

*I do not own iRacing, it’s something I’ve seen an iRacing YouTuber use in a race at Daytona International at night.

First step would be to add actual hybrid deploying systems. No, the 919 and the R18 are not AWD all the time. The Nissan LMP is not FWD all the time. It would be nice to simulate it, even if it was automatic (think Project CARS 2 with their older LMP1 Hybrids).
