This is a globally available DLC code, hopefully it will help players with region-restricted games.
Hot Wheels DLC was not available for FH4, this should be for FH5, based on the car picks. FH4 DLC’s were Fortune Island and Lego Island

Sorry, my description is not correct. I mean this is a hot wheels car pack dlc that can be activated and used in global regions. Considering that some regions have regional activation restrictions, I share it with players who want to buy it. I have purchased it and successfully activated it. I am in Japan.

I own everything for this on Xbox One. I had removed it as it was pointless but thought I might as well reinstall it to finish what can be finished (cars).
The process was weird, though; here’s what I think happened but it’s partly a bit of educated guessing.
The system didn’t appear to tell me I owned any of it at some points (more than the normal bug where that happens). It installed all of it on an external disk and all add-ons on the internal disk as well. I removed those. Seems okay, all cars are there.
I think that is what it was doing; I was pretty confused with what it was trying to do, though.
Maybe it might happen for someone else, so I thought I’d point it out.
. . . and another thing . . .
I supposed we’ll have to wait and see if the “we’re no longer giving you backstage passes for completing tasks in the game” bug affects the ability to complete the car collection.
I’m owed quite a few, no idea how many but I was doing all playlist tasks and high Stakes stuff for a few series after Horizon 5 was released and I got none at all. Seem to recall the bug affected randomly, some had it, some didn’t.
Needless to say, putting in a ticket at the time did absolutely nothing at all.
I think that’s been fixed for a bit now.

Wondering out loud about Showcase remixes. 5 different remixes are a star card objective. I’d like to race the sprite against the motorbikes again, that was always fun.
Suggestion: bring EVERY Backstage Pass Car into wheelspin. Also don’t forget about my suggestion about more purchases than one on backstage cars.

looking at horizon 4 release notes and stuff it’s listed as “under investigation” (translated - “we’re not looking at it”) as far as I can tell
Yeah, it went for quite a while not awarding the BSP’s (to me, anyway) then there was a small note I think, in an update post, a few months ago (?) sayin git was “fixed” and since then it has been awarding new passes when I’ve earned them.
Just had a look, I was stuck on 39 passes for a long time, I now have 49 so, er, ah, no, it’s not an easy 1-a-month calculation so… I don’t know when, but yeah, I’ve had some recently so hopefully it will continue to work!
