It’s been a problem for a number of people.

Forza Horizon 4 DLC inaccessible

I own all the dlc on Forza Horizon 4, but when i try to access some of it on the Xbox Series X version of the game it says i dont own it even though it is installed on the console, But when i get on the PC Version of the game all dlc and add ons work as intended and i hope there wll be a fix put out for this soon.
