So wondering how to move the game from my HDD too my SSD with out uninstalling the game?
You can’t. You need to reinstall. Sorry. You need the installer to write the registry entries. No way around this like steam.
I tried it once. Doesn’t work. UWP is awful.

You can move the game, did it myself, go to settings then to apps, search for the game and click move.

I did not know about this. Can this move the game onto external usb drive?
Yes, moved it from an external to a SSD, and later back to the external hard drive, no issues

I didn’t know either but I would not move to an external. The transfer rate of an external is slower than internal.
