I would love to be able to change the color of my HUD.
I feel like at times it can be hard to track the gear/mph/tach/hud on some of the surfaces using peripheral vision, and would greatly benefit from being able to make it stick out like a sore thumb in some shade of red or blue.
I think the best implementation would be to give us paint pallet we can use to set our own personal HUD color.
