I tried to make a google search but nothing has showed up… Is there any list / comparison done, that shows which cars from Forza Horzion 1 are available only there, when compared to other Forza games or at least other Forza Horizon parts?
Or maybe is there any online source that will give car lists from all Forza games, that could be easily imported into Excel and then analyzed there to make such comparison as I described above?

When you view the Cars sheet online it’s currently filtered for FH3, but you should be able to create your own temporary filter online. Filtering for just FH1 and blanks in the other columns:
Taking out the livery editions (duplicates of models in-game that also appear in other games) leaves the following 32 cars:
