Cars reset to default stock after launching the game

Yesterday I launched the game after roughly a week and noticed ~ 12 of my cars had been reset to stock.
The auto-save of the tune couldn’t be loaded. It only showed “??” on each value (PI, class and so on) and pressing “A” to apply did nothing.

It’s extremely frustrating because I spent a lot of time setting these cars up with countless test runs.
Is there a way to re-access the tunes?
I simply don’t want to invest the time to set them up again.

Did it take away the upgrades or just reset the tune

They are completely reverted to stock.
The build is not the issue - the fine-tuning is.

You must be at the save limit like most are. When you reach this stage over the limit, every time you buy a new car or the game creates a new autosave you will lose another previous setup and the car reset to stock.

Best bet is to start your own database of setups, or start a new profile.

Hello.

I don’t know if I’ve seen this problem anywhere, but it’s a BUG I’ve had since the beginning of the game. When I upgrade a car from Example (IP BASE CLASS D) to (CLASS B) after a certain amount of time, some cars revert to their base IP, removing all parts and settings.

As soon as I want to play multiplayer, I have to go into my garage to check the cars that have reverted to their basic IP! and then reset the settings on each of them! an incredible waste of time … I’m at the point where I have to put a livery on each car I use to easily find the ones I’m playing with!!!

Am I the only one ?

Someone mentioned this only days ago here but it’s so hard to find anything when all these topics get closed by mods, bumps the threads all over the shop.

I haven’t had it happen… yet but you are not alone, positive there’s another thread here about it, good luck in finding it

Btw the thread title made me giggle

Haha it’s Mario Kart or Forza? I’m laughing but it’s really annoying! I did look for it, but I thought it was amazing that no one was talking about it …
