Been playing Forza 7 for a while, and after the latest update i found a big issue.
All the cars i have bought with earned credits and won in the game have gone missing.
The only cars i have left in my garage is DLC cars.
i cant be the only one having this issue…
I’m on Xbox one X and have not experienced any such issue.
You might want to specify what system that you are playing on. Have you tried a full reboot of that system and are you playing online or offline. If Xbox, home box or away box. Any issues with syncing your save?
I’m no techie guy but the more info you can supply the better chance you have of getting this resolved for you.

Playing Xbox one, al the saves are on the Xbox, playing both offline and online, so I can’t find the issue why it’s not working…
I too have lost all my purchased cars (Xbox One X). Happened about three to four weeks ago, but I chalked it up to having a filter on and got too busy to troubleshoot. I deleted/reinstalled the game again yesterday, and all I have is DLC. Have you heard anytbing else…?!
I emailed Forza, who initially said that they would be able to send over credits to cover the cost of buying the lost cars in-game, but then asked for a list of cars of what I thought I had lost. I compiled the list to the best of my knowledge, and sent it along. If I was mistaken by five cars, or even ten, I’m a monkey’s uncle. The list wasn’t short, but I know I had them in my garage (I’ve been a forza motorsport owner/player since the original, and I try to remember a general idea of what I have…).
Forza replied today, saying that after referencing my in-game winnings and/or save data, I did not own the cars and that they couldn’t help me. I was, essentially, told to pound sand. I sent a hasty, snarky reply, which I’m sure removes any chance of further assistance. I don’t play the game as much as I’d like (definitely a casual player), and I’m not interested in pulling a fast one on the dev. I am upset because I know that they CAN assist, but would rather call a loyal follower “false” and dismiss it as such. Disappointed doesn’t cover it.
