Cars - Lotus Type 49 1967 - Impossible to drive in a straight line with a wheel

I’ve found that several cars are so twitchy that they are absolutely impossible to drive in a straight line with my Logitech G923.

The Lotus Type 49 is a good example of this, but not the only one.

In its default setup, just applying any level of throttle will cause the rear to move all over (even with full TCS - I drive most cars without ANY TCS), but even after applying -2.5deg of rear toe and soft race tyres to make the rear end stable enough, just the movements of the wheel caused by the force feedback over bumps is enough to cause it to weave down the straights.

I have my wheel set to the full 900deg range and the steering lock range in the game is 100%.
Adding a centre deadzone on the wheel doesn’t help either as on some tracks, the camber requires some steering to drive straight but then the tiniest of movements of the wheel cause weaving.
