Bug Info: When driving the new Flip Car 2.0 the all wheel steering will seize to work once rewind has been used turning the car into an understeering mess.
Platform: Windows PC (but may apply to other ports)
Attempted fixes: Temporary fix is to either; fast travel, swap into another car, or enter an event
