Cars - Extreme E #5 VELOCE - Livery sharing system is broken

The livery-sharing system is no longer working for the 2022 Extreme E #5 Veloce. Around a week ago, I noticed that a livery I shared for it had disappeared from my Creative Hub and that when searching through My Designs, that particular design was shown as “Public” but had no corresponding stats anymore (it used to have about 12 downloads and a bunch of uses - wee!).

After waiting for this issue to resolve itself, I tried to unshare the design and re-publish it and ran into the following server error (which displays instead of the ‘modal’ where you can see your car, choose categories and clickthrough to add a description):

Note that I have shared over 170 different designs across both an Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, and have never encountered such an error (at least that wasn’t showing everywhere else when there was an actual server issue). I could share designs for a handful of different vehicles afterwards, including another Extreme E (but not #5), without issue.

I then became curious and tried to look at other community liveries for this vehicle and found that I couldn’t. The interface reached the point below and, even allowing for a few minutes, never completely loaded or displayed an error message. I couldn’t open the Search interface, but I could at least cancel out from the screen.

Again, I have never had an issue viewing recommended liveries with any car, and I was successful when I tested with several others today.

I carried out the usual suspects in my testing on my Series X, including restarting my console and game. These did not remedy the problem.
