With the Update 2.0 Today, it seems that it has bugged the sound on the Doge TA Challenger. The sound on the car is not working, and you only get wind and surrounding sound, no engine sound currently.
Minutes before I updated the game, I was racing with this car: 2019 Dodge #9 American V8 Road Racing TA Challenger, and the engine sounds were fine. Just after updating to 2.0 this car lost all of the engine´s sounds, everything else has sound. I already restarted the PC,i checked my drivers, i checked my settings, the problem until now is just with this car.
yea, same here on a Xbox Series S, shame, has been my favorite car in the game to just drive, hopefully its fixed soon
19’ Dodge V8 road racing TA Challenger missing it’s engine sound after update 2
Absolutely no sound with this car…its making me nuts!
Same for me on Xbox Series S. Bought it and loved the car but now it’s not enjoyable. Fix asap!
I don’t know if in reality the car has headlights but in the game it doesn’t. Only the rear lights. Maybe it’s a bug or it’s like that.
Yes, irl TransAm cars dont have headlights, most have the OEM Tailights though, where this one doesn’t
Same issue here. Impossible to drive w no engine sound. Paid real money for this thing, come on bra
Same problem here. First time I’ve used it since the last update. No sound whatsoever. Series X version.
yea its really unfortunate, a bit frustrating too honestly, been this way for a couple weeks now almost, hopefully there’s a hotfix coming soon.
Same here on the Xbox Series X
Confirm, no engine sound on Xbox Series X
Same here. These update cycles have been exactly like FM7 … one step forward, two steps back. Or, fix 40 issues and introduce 60 new ones.
No one I know has sound for this valued car anymore. It did have sound, but after the update(s) it vanished. Any word on when the sound will be restored?
This is still an issue. Im on XSX.
I’m having the same issue…If I wanted to drive a an EV I wouldn’t have chosen the Challenger…please fix
I can also reproduce this. I was just racing with this car. It’s kind of weird. It’s like someone took the gineine out and we are driving on magic components? Please fix this, I don’t really want to drive a magic car. Happy sunday.
It’s not only on dodge. More cars have the same issues. I swapped my engine for a different I6 in my 92’ supra and I have no more engine sound
