Car: 2004 SUBARU IMPREZA WRX STI
Bug: Shadow texture bug and STI logo from stock bumper can be seen when installing chargespeed front bumper.
System: PC & Xbox (always reproducable)
STI logo in the same exact position on the stock bumper:
There’s more to it than just the shadow: the entire bumper is deformed, as it is taken straight from the FM1-4 model of the '04 Impreza, since the grille part of it does not line up with the rest of the grille and it’s overall too short; same thing with the Syms front bumper. Both Chargespeed and Syms full kits are taken straight from the old model, proving that this car had recieved a remodel at one point (FM5), but it was not done properly.
This is on our known issues article as - Cars - 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STi - Front bumper sticker has shading issues with some paints and bumper parts.
