Solution:
1- go to forza support website: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us
2- create a ticket
3- report this bug & add pictures as evidence too.
4- wait for response.
I have done this before and they gave me the reward car (porsche 935).

Same issue here, unable to get Nissan #24 Nissan Motorsports International R88C from the endurance race series. Already created a ticket but no response so far.

I have already completed all races in the Endurance series finishing 1st place, I have completed the last race twice now, this is a 50min race, I am unable to do the last race as I don’t have the car. How do I unlock this car?

Ok, so I have re-done race 4, then 2, 6, 3 in the series and when I then completed race 5 I got the car, so the 5th race which was Brands Hatch was originally bugged for me. Anyway, this very strange bug is unacceptable and should be resolved as other people have got the same issue.

Wow, this is still happening? Perhaps keep the events permanently in the game Turn 10, it will give you more time to figure out the bug.
