Car Sounds That Need Updates

FH5 has improved a lot in terms of audio, but some sounds still need improvements, here are some examples and how it should be improved:

-BMW M5 V10(And its engine swap): It sounds too subtle and smooth, bring back the FH4 sound.
-BMW F12 M6 and F10 M5: It should sound the same as the M8.
-Hellcats: Louder supercharger whine and different base sound. Examples: NFS Unbound, FH4, FM7, The Crew Motorfest.
-Ferrari 488, Portofino, California: Should sound more aggresive. Examples: NFS Heat, Unbound, FH4.
-Ferrari 599XX Evo: Standard 599XX sounds so much better.
-Hennessey Venom GT: Make it sound more unique. Examples: NFS Most Wanted, FH4.
-Hondas: VTEC at around 6000 RPM, or just bring back the FH4 sounds.
-Jeep Trailcat: Just like the Hellcats, but this one sounds like an Urus?
-Lamborghini Diablo SV: I don’t know what to say about this one. Example: NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered.
-Range Rover Sport SVR and its engine swap: It should sound the same as the Jaguar F-Type.
-Lexus LFA: Reduce the “bouncing” sound when shifting, or in other words make shifting sound smoother.
-McLaren P1: Reduce turbo sound.
-E46 M3: Still using 350Z sound?

Same era of the E60 M5, the E92 M3 sounds way off. FM7 sound profile for it sounded more accurate.

ALSO VW GOLF 3 VR6 and VW GOLF 4 R32!!!
Turn it back to FH4 sound!!!

but im going to tell you a secret
→ the devs are lazy and they won’t do anything that is discussed here in the hub :frowning:

so frustrating…

You forgett Porsche Carrera GT! That V10 must scream like in Forza Horizon 4 was engine sound almost perfect

You’re right, there are more terrible sounding cars that I can name.

Not to mention that most v8.s whit a normal 90 degree cross plane crankshaft ( that should rumble and growl ) often turns into a humming raspy 4 cylinder engine ( like it would if it had a 180 degree flat plane crankshaft ) when you change the exhaust or air filter, wish they would go back to the old FH4 sound system, where raising the red line by upgrading the camshaft, made the engine sound more high pitch, but each air filter upgrade made the sound deeper and added more rumble to the v8 sound.
I am a massive fan of the way a v8 rumbles and i would love to see sound upgrades to most ( almost all v8s with a cross plane crankshaft, like most v8s have, except Ferraris and Mclaren and some other supercars ) so they actually sounded like v8s even when you change the exhaust and air filter.
