How do you change car set up? Brake bias, ride height etc.
By installing race upgrades that are tunable unless these options are already available in the car’s stock form like race cars. Then in the upgrade section there is an option at the bottom right to tune the car.
Oh right ok. I only got the game last week. Thought any car you have you can do a bit of setup.

Do you mean open source tunes? If so the tuners lounge on these forums is good. You can even ask your question there.
