Hi everyone
I have ultimate edition and got everything I was meant to get with that at launch (the free house and the 2 cars) but the next 2 cars aren’t available anywhere.

I spoke to some friends who play and they said I had to make sure the car pass was installed on my Xbox, it says I own it in the store but it doesn’t appear installed under the manage games and apps bit, but no option to download it either in the store just gives me prices to buy again.

You need to wait. The in game info is too early.

Have you gone into the autoshow and collected the cars from the dlc section there
The bond pack and the drift pack and the 1st 6 cars for the car pass will be there too
All should be FREE to collect as well
If asking for credits for them thats another issue

Just go in to “DLC Cars” on The Auto Show Tab and all should be there, choose a colour and it will say free. Done.

I had this problem. If you go to the store and find it in the add ones. Highlight it and you should see the option to install.

I have the ultimate edition, in the DLC section, there are the Bond cars and drift cars. Should there be more than that? Was there something for preordering as well?

The ones you get from preorder don’t show up there. To get them you have to go to the autoshow, sort by value, and they should be in there at the 0 value tab (since they’re free). That’s how I got my Zonda, Agera, and other preorder cars.

Zonda and Agera weren’t preorder cars. The Zonda is a VIP car and the Agera RS is from the car pass.
