Car Meets, Customizations, Drift and Multiplayer

It would be amazing if Forza Horizon 6 Japan included the following features that are key to Japanese car culture and aesthetics (in addition to other improvements):

For cars:

  • More precise stance tuning, allowing slammed cars (greater negative camber, suspension types that enable lower ride heights, and stretched tires);
  • Expanded customization options (headlights, side mirrors, aero parts, keychains, steering wheels, interior lighting, underglow);
  • Functional headlight controls (on/off, hazards, turn signals)??

For multiplayer gameplay:

  • The ability to exit the car and control avatars (ideal for meetups)??
  • In-game chat??
  • Smoother car animations than in FH5;
  • A visible list of available convoys.

For the map and ambience:

  • Multi-level parking garages for car meets and drift events;
  • Map filter/zen mode: Hide map events and drift flags;
  • Gas stations;
  • Convenience stores similar to 7-Eleven;
  • Not extra-large roads.

Devs have some more important things to do in new game. Like ranked PvP races etc.

Rich visual customisation never been in Horizon series, so why they will start now?

Yep! I hope devs add those on map especially after mentioning that Hot Wheel DLC help them to develop elevated roads for FH6.

Be great to have more than 12 in a convoy, maybe 20, which should be achievable with newer technology. It will make cruising & car shows more fun etc

Yeah, it would be nice to see the list of available convoys instead of joining a random one :slight_smile:

Japanese car customization has been a big thing for decades, this is something that should not be ignored when it comes to the Japanese car scene. It may be a great reason to start now.

Because it’s set in Japan and the devs in a blog post already stated “ that japan car culture and customization needs to represented and show respect to their car culture. Don’t go bashing people these forums are not for drama

I would add

  • New convoy type “car meet”
  • An alternative would be dedicated car meet locations.
  • As a parking lot filled with un-ghosted cars would lead to me arriving by skying off of Mt Fuji in order to make a dramatic entrance, it would need to be roofed and walled except for the entrances. In this area cars would be speed limited to 1 or 2 KPH so it can’t turn into a demolition derby arena.
