My suggestion is a trading post for players who have acquired cars they’d like to trade or swap for other cars. Similar to the Auction House players find other players who are willing to trade cars. You list your car, they select you listing and offer their car for fair trade, you can decline or accept. The game, cloud, abyss claims the cars so that neither user can back out once the trade has been placed. This should eliminate situations where people are posting for trades and one player decides he’s not going to post the agreed upon car and just leaves with your car. I call this Car Jacking which if done in real life has serious consequences. Car Jacking is a violation of the gamer code of conduct and just being a “Good Gamer”.
