How much money do you guys get of the cars for different tiers?
I am currently tier 12 and get 400.000 Cr of. Does anyone know if this is maximum Cr off the cars?
I believe 400,000 is the max. I’ve been sitting there for a while and I think I’m on tier 12 or 13.

Tier20 and it’s still 400K off or 50K “Cash”
I’m working on my pink underpants gear, CC Tier 27 atm. The credits haven’t changed, nor has the discount since CC Tier 10 - 400,000 CR discount seems to be the max. Since I picked gears every now and then, I’m back to “blue” rarity.
My assumption is that CC Tiers beyond Tier 10 only unlocks more possible legendary (Tier 5) cars. Once you bought all legendary cars it should drop back to lower rarities (as it did with driver gears in my case).
Before that happens I gonna buy every car up to 50,000 cr (to make sure later driver level rewards are worth more than 50k).
Tier 39-40 here and the maximum discount remains 400k.
I think the highest Tier is 38; somebody on my list has 700 cars already and that’s the Tier he is sitting at right now.
From what I have seen the caps are as you describe however.

I hit 39 last night so I’m past that already. I’ve got enough rewards stacked up to potentially hit 40 if the rewards offer me enough locked cars I haven’t already collected. My garage has 655 cars currently so I should hit 700 by end of business this week.

Are you still offered legendary cars as milestone rewards at that CC Tier?
Still getting offered lengendaries, all duplicates at this point as I’ve bought everything that can be bought, but also some FE cars thrown in to mix it up and every now and then it will offer a duplicate from the lower tiers.
Does it offer buy backs on duplicates ?
I have had to skip a few of the higher priced cars so they are locked away under rewards until I have a cash grinding session… I’m always taking the cars if they are free or I have enough cash to buy them…
Level rewards do NOT let you know if they are duplicates so you’ll need to be careful if you wish to avoid them and of course you can’t cash out their value as you’re being offered the car at a discount, not simply being given the car. Yes, that discount often means that the car is free but it’s less a gift than a 100% discount if the car’s value is equal to or less than the reward level.
It’s all dependent on how you want to play and what strategy you wish to employ. Do you want to amass a large garage quickly? Take the cars on offer if you can afford to so do. Do you want the credits and save up for a better offer? Then do that. Do you want to collect a large number of driver suits? What’s wrong with you, they’re silly. Stop doing that.

Once you collect all of the Common and Uncommon Driver Suits (around 200 or so) I see that you get offered Mod Packs instead, typically with only Super Rare and Legendary Mods in them. I suspect that going with that will earn you more CR in the long run than the 50k bonus, especially if you’re still working your way through the Forza Drivers Cup.

I haven’t been offered a duplicate yet but when it does happen, will an icon show up alerting you to the fact?

Duplicates earned in prize crates will have a “owned” text on the picture of the car. You can choose to sell them (sell price will be listed), after which the text “sold” will be shown on the same picture.

The dupes in the crates suck. Only own 277 cars opened 2 VIP 300k crates one NASCAR that already owned and another collector score 400ish car I already owned. At this point in my collection the odds of one dupe should have been easier to have won the power ball lottery much less two dupes.
If you have to pay for a car despite the discount, though, the game tells you that you won’t receive points for the collector’s tier, so you know you already own it. The only problem are free cars but I only see the two FE cars (Monte Carlo and Ford something) popping up now and then for free.
That Monte Carlo Donk is as pointless as it is ugly, offering absolutely nothing but a fatal hit to your dignity for driving it. The Ford is a Cobra R and provides +7500xp at Sebring I believe.

Heh, yes, I was surprised when I got that last night - the lack of any bonuses was weird, and then I then noticed it was a donk! I also notice that it has a cash value of 0 credits, which is the only car Ive seen like that so far - that said, it’s probably a fair valuation for a donk.
Seeing as a few people have already hit 700 cars, does anyone know what the garage cap is? I imagine it could be much greater than 700, or possibly even 800.
I won’t be looking to find the cap, as soon as I hit the 700 achievement I plan to dump at least 600 of the cars as I have no interest in them.
