So i was just racing in the s2w1 of the huracan league on road atlanta. The fastest guy posted a 1.20.8 odds and i was struggling to post sub 1.25s over the 5 laps. Im usually within 1 second of the fastest lap majority of the time and on the back straight i was getting overtaken like i was stuck in quicksand, a guy from 300ft behind closed the gap and overtook me before the chicane.
Ive just went into a test drive and posted a 1.20.845 on my first flying lap, stock tune and 833.
Can anyone shed some light into this lol?
It did say i had weak network connection but thats no enough to stick 5 seconds onto a lap time.

Its the only race ive experienced it in all day, ive powershifted all day and not one other race has it happened.
I took a heavy knock in the race but no sign came up saying i took damage, maybe id damaged something who knows. Its been fine all day other than this.
I shift that way and haven’t damaged the transmission past 8%, but that’s due to me missing the clutch button.
…but I agree with F 16C VIPER, it could be bad shifting, next time this happens check out the damage screen in the telemetry and see what the transmission % is at.

Hmm you’re right. For some reason I kept wrecking my transmission during the Gallardo league, so I assumed it was because of power shifting and I started to lift shift.
Just tried power shifting with the Huracán though and it works. I must have been screwing up the timing of the clutch. Please disregard my previous posts =)
Power shifting works fine, gearing down too quickly under braking kills your engine. Trust me I know from experience lol.
