Hi this is to inform that since that last expansion call hotwheels and lastest update the acess to the blizzard mountain dlc is not working as it stuck on loading screen ,this is only the case for the blizzard mountain map . First of i buy the FORZA HORIZON 3 game ultimate edition with all dlc and everything include it cost me around 130 $ at this price. I never expect a company like microsoft to fail at optimization from day 1 indeed i am talking for the pc gamers so basically it take microsoft and turn 10 studio 8 months to fix that annoying sluttering and core 0 issue that ruine the game experience .
Okay that said let get back to the main problem about the blizzard mountain stuck on loading screen after new update here is what i have done trying to fix that .

i went to windows settings < application & features > click on < Forza horizon 3 > then go to then click on reset . this normally will reset your game at the next launch windows store will need to sync your game and reset you graphic setting back to default but this method have no effect on the main problem

Uninstalling and installing by clean install new nvidia drivers (382.05) restarting pc and launching back the game . Entering the game and click on travel to blizzard mountain the game was still stuck on the loading screen .
Can anyone confirm a 100% fix to this issue pls and mention how to proceed i will really appreciate and i hope that someone from microsoft will reply as fast as possible or turn 10 studio.
