I assume you’re supposed to be able to see other players’ cars’ paint jobs and liveries. But when I was playing FH4 with my daughter (on PC), both of us see each other’s cars only in the default paint job (e.g., her white Huracán looks yellow on my computer and my red Huracán looks yellow to her).
Is this a bug? A parental control setting? An account privacy setting? Working as intended?
In the Hud and Gameplay menu there is an option ‘Player Designs’, make sure this is ‘on’.
I was thinking it might be that but it’s enabled.
Oh well, it was the obvious first thing to try anyway just to rule it out. I’m not sure then, I’m on PC as well and can see others’ liveries fine so it should work (I mean it isn’t a platform related thing at least).
Looks like a network problem.
What does “Creative Hub” → “Livery Designs” report?
That just takes me to where I can download other people’s liveries. It works fine.
Could it be something to do with your daughter’s age, ie. if she’s under 18 there may be restrictions on what she’s allowed to see and do. Basing that on this post here:

You don’t wait 2 years for a fix like that. You are supposed to think “Other people are playing the game just fine, why aren’t I”? Then you try to find a fix for your computer.
