Opponents have no liveries in multiplayer???

Since the latest patch I noticed in online races that nobody has liveries applied to their cars. I just see plain colors.
Back in the lobby, I scroll through the players and none of their cars/drivers are appearing on screen (rarely I can only see one or two), plus if I check the white box next to the list of players, some are using setups made by others but no one is using shared liveries. I tried many A class and Exotic GT lobbies at different times. Always the same.

Is it just me??

UPDATE: it appears that for some users (me included) opponents’ liveries not appearing in online races has been fixed with the game update 1.114.3624 of December 14th
Although now I’m getting a few cars with an ugly gloss grey paint in my garage

So I don’t know what’s the deal with T10…

Haven’t raced online since the update but I am having an issue where saved & applied liveries do not stay on the car in my garage. Wondering if the two issues are connected.

The small preview on left side of screen shows correct, the main picture shows default paint.

There is a setting in the game that turns other players liveries that they made or use on or off. Make sure it’s on if you want to see them.

I can’t find that option. Where is it? Under hud settings??
Can’t find it in the lobby menu either.

I guess you’re talking about pc version because there’s no such option on xbox.

Besides, I never changed anything.

Yeah I looked all over and didn’t see this option either.

Edit: There is that option in single player in the drivitar settings menu. For the record mine is set to on like it always has been.

Ahhh so that is for single player only then, I’ll have to see for myself when I get home. I haven’t played FM7 since the latest patch. Been messing around on Mud Runners having a blast. Never knew driving so slow could be so much fun.

I was in a Hopper with about 5 people from a party and we all had this issue. I think it’s system-wide.

yeah, and sometimes i see a lot of the liveries gone in the garage as well, and they are plain grey instead, some of them still have some textures on them, like decals in black (no color), but mostly plain gray. Then i have to reapply them all to rectify this… then after quitting FM7, chances are great that it’s there again when i boot up FM7, again with multiple missing custom liveries.

Happening here also and to everyone racing in our group last night.

GT Endurance Hopper was just stock liveries on all cars except mine, but I assume mine looked stock to everybody else.

I did change cars between races from the Aston to the Mercedes and in the lobby menu the Merc appeared with the livery from the Aston for a minute???, it did’t fit obviously.

Yeah, I’m not sure what changes they made to Multiplayer, but I think they broke it even more…

I think it’s odd that Liveries don’t show up in Online Lobbies, but if I run any non-endurance race in career mode, I’ll have a full field of custom liveries… Most of which are Monster Energy Drink and Red Bull… Seriously… What is the fascination with these brands in this game??

I think this should be posted in the tech support forum, might get Turn 10’s attention more.

Also over the past week I’ve actually been getting responses from forzafb@microsoft.com when reporting bugs, so maybe we should try emailing them too.
