have anyone the Same issue, i have cleared the complete Forzathon und Festival Playlist, but the Daily Mission, Finish a Mission in Festival Playlist cant` Count, if i will return the Mission, the Daily Challenge will not tracking??

I think it will take care of itself tomorrow if you do the daily
I can confirm that. I also did everything yesterday except the daily. I finished it today and both daily challenges got completed.
