I had a previous case open but the person helping me never replied after over a month. This is ridiculous I cannot connect to online at all on my account since the game first came out. I have tried different internet providers and routers. This is something on forzas side that is preventing me to connect to the server.
I can connect to horizon 3 and Forza 7 just fine but not H4. Please help me fix this. I opened another case today and it was assigned to the person who has not been active for 20 days. Seems like you guys just want to take our money with the game and then ditch us when there’s an issue with the game.
