I was banned for 160 hours and I’m not sure why but my ban has expired now and I can no longer access clubs. Can anyone help?
A first-time ban is 168 hours from the time it is placed by the developers, you happened to see it after eight hours had expired. For the next time you have access, keep in mind the regulations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct:

Content that is controversial. For example:
Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content

As to your access to your to “clubs” did you have access previously? Those functions are only available in the game after winning three championships. If you did, send an email to the developers at forzafb@microsoft.com with all the details, including any other gamertags which may have played on your console.
