Can you get the Fanta Toyota Sports 800 and Trolli Peel P50 if you gave the game on Steam?

I have a Fanta code, but I’m not sure if I can claim it. From what I understand it can only be claimed on Xbox and if I claim it on the Xbox app it won’t work for me on Steam as it’s a different platform even if it’s the same account. Did anyone try it?
