I listed 3 cars for auction. 2020 C8 Corvette, 2020 Taycan S and a 2017 Focus RS. These were all stock tuned and had stock livery when I listed them. But upon viewing the listings, both the C8 and the Taycan had mysteriously gained custom liveries by players named Little Vixen and PTG Stuzib85 respectively. The auctions all ended without receiving any bids. I was able to reclaim the RS back into my garage but when I attempt to do the same for both the other two cars I get the message “Unable to download this auctions details.” So now I believe these auctions have been bugged due to the unauthorised application of the custom liveries. I have noticed that the same player names appear on other peoples auction listings and can only assume that they have suffered the same fate. Surely this sort of activity should be addressed as it interferes with the in-game economy. And these players should be suitably dealt with for unauthorised access.
If you haven’t already deleted the messages that your cars haven’t been sold, try going to the Action House, then to Action Alerts, and select the message with the car that hasn’t been sold. Then try to reclaim it in this way.
Additionally, this glitch usually occurs when you try to do this on an Xbox. If you have the option to play the game on a PC or laptop, you shouldn’t have any issues trying to reclaim these cars.

Just regarding the liveries, both cars had been gifted to everyone with those liveries. When they’re inserted into the garage they get a default thumbnail that looks stock but they do have the gift livery. Adding a tune will update the thumbnail.
There’s so many in circulation that they generally don’t sell.
