Can’t connect to multiplayer ( forza motorsport 7)

Hi, I wanted to play with my friends on FH7. When we go to multiplayer and try to play on a specific type of course, we face the issue: “Failed to acquire server data.”

I’ve tried rebooting my computer, changing Teredo parameters, and switching connection types, but nothing worked.

Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

I also tried starting a private match, but I get the same error.
