I have owned all of the Forza games now. I go to get my weekly rewards and it’s 15,000 credits less than it was last week??
How does that work? Your loyalty to a game is rewarded by buying the game, unlocking achievements, doing well…then you get less as a reward?!
The game is an utter joke, I’m not bothering with it anymore. The handling characteristics are just funny. It’s like driving around with permanent brake fade. It seems like the developers have done as little work as possible. Carbon copy vehicles from FH? Apparently an F150 Raptor slows down when it touches the grass or minutely touches the gravel trap… I’m 100% confident it’s a vehicle that has been designed and to specifically race across those surfaces at speed.
I tried to hold out and get some crumb of enjoyment out of the game. But it’s pathetic. There’s nothing even remotely new about it. Cars exactly the same, the same race tracks, Dubai is rubbish. I’m not going to be conned into paying for any future DLC on top of the £80 already paid the game.
No doubt one of the moderators will be along shortly to lock this post so no one else can can comment their frustrations.
Does seem to be a lot of “thank you for your feedback” and then the thread is closed. Don’t seem to be a big fan of the bill of Rights here. Spend hard earned money on something that’s obviously incomplete at aunch then get no official comment on it and can’t even relieve your frustrations. Look I get it that this is the way this stuff works nowadays, but it’s really disheartening to not get ANYTHING in the way of a timeline or even an assurance it’s being fixed. Sigh. This is the only game I buy new anymore and do so mainly for the multiplayer, which is extremely lacking right now. I’ll now await the hammer with you op.
You are using a forum created and paid for by turn 10, their funds, their rules, freedom of speech doesnt apply, its their show like it or lump it.
Also, there is literally a post at the top of the discussion page with a link to a post from T10’s head stating a patch was released and to expect significant changes to the game, he also asks us to keep posting technical issues and thanks us.
Lastly, yes the game has bugs, things get missed, they are only human, i think the launch hasnt gone too bad, considering the game has so much content.

Although I do understand there are some issues that need to be resolved with FM7, cars (IMO) are not one of them.
I originated from the Horizon Series and moved to the Motorsports Series afterwards. The FM vehicles are much more realistic that the FH ones. In Horizon, rear wheel drive cars are basically undriveable unless you’re a drifter; in FM, they are a pleasure to drive. In addition, many of the FM7 vehicles are drivable right off the show room floor. And, the “brake fade” you speak of (if I’m understanding you correctly) appears to be engine braking to me; and I like it.
I, for one, would not like to see changes made to this aspect of the game.
I agree with you and if someone doesn’t like the sticky grass or sand traps they could either stay on the track or put their setting on “new racer”. The new racer setting turns off the effects of water puddles, sand and grass.
I hope you enjoy this awesome game as much as I do with very realistic car handling and characteristics.
Sounds like you may need to go back and complete some things. Simply owning all Forza entitles you to nothing. You have to earn your tier via various challenges of which almost all are super easy.
In addition if you checked your payout before today, something wasn’t right. Mine showed only 75k. I checked today and it was at its appropriate 300kish amount.
Since September 2015 the highest weekly reward for the actual title is 500,000cr at the highest tier and the biggest weekly bonuses atm. are with the higher tiers 10-12. I think the rewards are thought to benefit the players who actively keep playing Forza over the years.
just learned that I lost millions in FM6 rewards for not reading my mails there. hmph…
Do you have ABS turned on? I’ve done some tests and your braking distance can be up to about 50m longer as opposed to having it turned off and finessing the braking pedal/trigger. Using ABS and braking line, you have to start braking well before it turns red a lot of times otherwise you just wont slow down enough.
To one said the bill of rights. It dose not protect you on a internet forum. And as the reward. It goes down each major forza releases. Next one will be FH4.
