Can not download the game (November 2017) | Code: 0x80246007

Hello everybody
I just bought the game on pc and can not download it and install it from the microsoft store. Is this normal?
Is there any maintenance?

Cancell the download, remove completely from download list by pressing big X to the right of download progressionbar then start download again.
if that does not work, run windows update troubleshooting, and run windows store troubleshooting. then remove download the way I described before and start download again, from My Library.

Howewer the sideeffect of this might be that part of your harddrive can be used by previous download, and how to remove unfinished downloads from cash I dont know. I know Microsoft taking a piss on Windows store, but that is how things are.
Simply when you download something, dont pause it, ever, or this error can happen

My windows are up to date, its dont a problem.
I have already tried to cancel and restart the download but still the same error 0x80246007
I tried to install on another hard drive but the same, no one else had this problem?

try downloading something else from the store, anything will do, and then try downloading Forza again

I tried, the mini games it works for example but not the big games

ok try right clicking on the start menu icon, and selecting Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

In the new window that opens up, type the following and hit enter

wsreset.exe

Try that and see if it helps :0)

For the precision does not install it on the same hard disk that where there is windows it is problematic?

Could be a problem. I don’t think Windows likes installing apps on drives other than where the windows installation is. Can’t be 100% sure though, as mine are installed on the same drive.

It’s not a problem, since Windows gives you the option to install a new game on another drive I.E any installed drive other than the default system drive.
I have FH3 on one drive and FM7 on another, neither of which are the default system drive, so what you’re saying is incorrect.

Which is why I said “could be” and “can’t be 100% sure”

I think you might have to email forzafb@microsoft.com for help with this I’m afraid. Unfortunately it’s currently Thanksgiving in the US, which is a public holiday so the Turn 10 office is almost certainly closed today. I’m not sure whether they will open tomorrow again, or they may be closed until Monday. Bad timing I’m afraid :0(
