For now I have only 2 houses purchased, but I do not know how to set up a house for which I want to be default for spawn location when I go into the game, is it possible, and if so, where this option is, because I did not find it.

In the house menu press Y to set that house as your home, that’ll make you respawn there.

i m playing FH4 on pc
When you enter the home look at the bottom left of the screen. Set as home is 3rd one along.

can also set the festival as home go to where you want to use enter the house once your in look along bottom of screen should show what to press to set as home
You will have to drive to the house which you want to set as your main go-to and Click ‘Y’ to set this as your new house.
There is also a house which you can buy to unlock unlimited fast travel to wherever you want in the map. However, it is a pricey house
