Check this other Thread There are also many threads in the FM5 and FM6 Tuners Garage areas that you can search. There is an old Thread that had a manual process for such as well. J Runer1 has also shared some YouTube videos on gearing which you might find useful.

Like Kid said, J Runer1 has a nice set of videos for tuning including the transmission. Usually what I use with great results. Here is the link to said video.
