Time for the next challenge guys .This time around im using the Chevy Camaro ZL1 . The track is Sunset Peninsula full . I dunno if the time i set is competitive or not but i gave it all i had and hopefully it will make you work a bit to beat it !!! . The time to beat is 1:32:386 , around 5,000 on the LB out of some 950,000 i recall . Usual rules apply - Tune and paint from my SF to be used , upload a replay for verification , clean lap times only . The Challenge will run from now until 3 weeks from now , 20th August , but i can extend it if requested . Here is a pic of the paint and car to be used

Im gonna try and add a bit of colour to the thread and have a pic comp too .
The winning pic will get 30 M , the 2nd best 15M and the 3rd best will get 10 M

Sunset Infield is a bit tricky to run because touching the curbs here almost always sends your car onto two wheels. Still, it’s a very enjoyable track to run on so long as you’re cautious, and when you throw in the ZL1’s glorious LSA-provided soundtrack… This is gonna be fun! ; )

Ok, no surprise - I did not beat voldemortt’s time - but I did post a PB - 1:34.161 - Not promising anything by any means…BUT this month I MAY be posting a winning time ;] Fingers crossed ;] I had TCS off from running my C classed Escort previously - wondering if I can improve a bit without having to regulate my throttle out of every corner - made for some pretty cool drifting though - for me anyway ;]
Now what I REALLY like to do with these Challenges…show some ACTION !!

@ Kool - I thought i would do a muscle car this time round to hopefully get more entrants and once i heard the growl of the ZL 1 , i knew it was the one for me !!! . I was gonna use Road America for the challenge but after doing a few tuning runs on Sunset i knew it would be so much more challenging .

@Yakov - Those kerbs can be a bit of a lap killer , i lost track of how many times i was going round corner 5 on two wheels lol .
I wish mine would stay on 2 wheels, i end up sliding down the road on my roof lol

Here’s my photo of my Camaro ZL1 trying to set a fast lap on Sunset Infield Full.
I could only manage a 1:35.487 on the 6th lap.
I uploaded a replay on my Storefront.
The car handles good, but I’m just too slow. Top speed is about 172 for me.
My braking is not great with ABS braking on for my MS FF racing wheel.

Really enjoying your choice of car and track there, voldemortt. Have been able to set new PB times with your tune…always “click” pretty quickly with your set-ups. Thanks for running yet another challenge, voldemortt…always a good time =)
Great challenge! I’m slipping and sliding all over the place…too much awd running lately 
Ran a 1:35.435 to start off, replay is in my SF.
I’ll be first to beat the time 1:31.912 lap 5 replay in sf also pb. 3948 lb there is more in it
