What tracks do you want to focus this car/build on?
I just want opinions really, Relaxed. Try it on anything.
Got ya! Will build it up and see how it feels, then, provide feedback. I do see a couple of things (go for softer springs, no intercooler unless it was a “filler”)

You do not show any Driveline or Rims selections in your build above (which by the way will be A700). You can get the Race Driveline and go up to A700 (-10.8 lbs, total 3572 lbs) or pick some Rims to reduce weight by 20 lbs or so (3563 lbs total). You can also go to 20 in rims if you desire more tread contact.
Your tune, with the amount of power it has, is very “tail happy” w/o TCS, and with TCS you can still get some amount of sliding off of the rear. You can tune this out between your springs and ARB settings, along with the Diff depending where the oversteering is occurring.
So for a build of 650hp, 655 kb-ft, 3563 lbs (50%), 6.2L, with SHALB of 8.8/5.5/9.0/8.9/5.8, my preference would be to use softer springs in the range of 300-600 lbs/in, and, ARBs around 9-13 range. I would keep the Caster angle at 5.0 I tune for NO TCS and Normal Steering. I recommend you read some of the threads on such opinions to get a better sense of why NO TCS or SIM, then, decide. You’ll have to tweak the Diff settings.
A couple more things you can do to help w/o TCS would be increasing handling (for ex. adjustable aero for A-class) and reduce a lithe bit of power. Can reduce more weight as well for power, get more acceleration. Remember, the build is the most important, then, the tune.
Increase front springs by 20lb and decrease rear springs by 60lb.
Start with diff 10/10 and tweak from there.
Thanks guys! Much appreciated.
Relaxed, the intercooler was filler…I feel the wheel spin you mentioned on the first lap, but by the next lap its gone (w/tcs). I also run sim steering, and I was going for a more… authentic build. It’s surprisingly competitive on Bathurst for some reason-can take most of the corners in the uphill section in 3rd. I’ll take your suggestions and tell you what happened.
