Enable buying any (non-DLC) car for 999 skill points, at least if you have never owned it already. The rationale is that having to snipe off the last couple of dozen cars in the Auction House poisons the game experience. Or as the saying goes, I paid for the game, gimme the whole of it.
That would be nice. Rare rewards either aren’t sold or bots snipe them instantly.

999 skills are too easy for that I guess. 
Maybe it should be like maintaining 999 skill points for 200 days. 
Nah 999 points is too much imo. Grinding that would be endless, better tone it down to 500.
