so i was playing forza 7 on my Xbox one,wife wanted to watch TV so i saved my game and started to play forza 7 on my PC,when i first launched it it said syncing got to 90 some percent and was stuck there,i then closed everything reopened forza 7 on my PC it fully synced i had an un natural amount of credits in my account,i did not fraudulently mod or use anything on my account…So the next day i was BANNED…my other account was banned so i made a brand new account and started all over i started the game on Xbox one,moved to my PC with only the fast and furious corvette,when i logged on my PC i had the 1988 monte carlo FE…furthermore on my game not all the crates are there the rare car dealer and i have not received any of my VIP cars…So tell me why because of a bug or glitch on the games end i get BANNED…I have reached out to forzafb@microsoft.com and gotten no response

FAQ: Why was I banned?

Players may encounter an on-screen message indicating that “Your gamertag is temporarily banned from this feature” in multiplayer, Auction House, etc. The in-game Message Center will show the length of the ban and direct the user to Forzamotorsport.net. The purpose of the message is to remind players of the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use for both Forza and Xbox Live. A basic rule of thumb is an E for Everyone tone; common ban reasons include intentional wrecking in multiplayer lobbies and inappropriate designs (profanity, drugs, sexual themes including ‘Free Candy’ etc). Repeat offenses may result in a permanent ban.

Players who believe they have been unfairly banned can e-mail forzafb@microsoft.com for further investigation and review. Include your Xbox Live Gamertag and ban date. Discussion of bans and enforcement issues is not permitted on the forums.
