So let’s say I take the credits or drivers gear. Being that the Veyron isn’t available to purchase, but through leveling up, would you get he opportunity for that or any skipped cars to come back around?
Everything comes back around, but it might not show up frequently.
If you can’t afford a car after leveling up you can back out and save it for when you do have the money.

I was originally offered the veyron at level 250, I saw it came around again at level ~430. Of course to get the common cars to go away, I bought them all or it’s possible I’d still be looking at those
As VoodooPC34 notes, you can back out of the offer and save on the spot. Press B to cancel when the offer is made, instead of taking the 50K (25K if you’re not VIP) or a suit. You’ll get a message saying the reward (the offer, complete with all 3 choices) is then found at the main menu, “rewards” (the car covered in red fabric).
You can save as many car offers as you want like this. In the “My Rewards” page, the order in which they’re presented to you can’t be changed - ie if you’ve saved 5 offers and you want to buy the Veyron, but you’re being shown a Huayra, you can’t get to the Veyron til you deal with the saved choice for the Huayra. Not sure if this offer stack is shown FIFO (first in, first out) or LIFO (last in, first out).
I also bought up all the common and uncommon cars to try and force the game to offer higher-value cars. But if you plan on playing to levels in the hundreds, you’re eventually gonna be offered everything you don’t have. I’ve got all the unlocked cars, so I just get to take the 50K (or a suit) each time. Getting those 100-200K cars free would be a better deal than just taking the 50K each time.
Thanks, yeah I had been saving all the cars, but had like 30 plus legendary cars, and I felt I would never pay for all of them. So I grabbed the credits. I’m around 350 or so, so I guess I’ve got some time before I see it again. BTW I saved the last 20 or so cars and have 10 more to pay for. Now the leveling up is giving me lower end cars.

just buy one from the auction house, I did as i cannot be arsed to faff about taking cars i will never drive. I think i bought 1 from 1.8 mill, maybe less.
I’ll be putting a Bugatti up in the AH later tonight. Its my next reward and I already own it, so happy bidding
