Hello, I want to ask why my Forza Horizon 4 has bugs such as overbrightness during the race, and blank gray sky, it all happened in the summer

Some people say that it happened because of HDR issue but, my monitor doesn’t have HDR feature by default. Here is my PC Specs
CPU : i5-7500
GPU : MSI GTX 1060 3GB
RAM : 1x8GB DDR4
MB : ASUS H110MK
Monitor : Samsung S20D300 [1366x768]
Any problem on my processor or something i don’t know?
